Went to Ko Hyang in Gardens, Mid Valley the other day. I don't really remember when though (>.<)

Complimentary + refillable 3 types of side dishes. Frankly speaking, I don't find anything special about this appetizer: kimchi (was O.K), the packaged fried fish cake + sausages, and anchovies? This appetizer doesn't make a real biggie for me. But a lot of people keep on asking for theirs to be refilled. Are they being greedy or they just don't possess taste buds?

Some kind of Korean canned drink. Apple crushed juice. Sweet tasting and you get to chew on those crushed apple. It's not even homemade! What's so special or tasty about it? Get real!

Sik Hye, a traditional sweet Korean rice beverage, almost like the Chinese barley drink but nicer.

Okay, so here's something which i think quite delicious. Looks nice too. It's a bowl of noodles with various greens and egg on top. What's looking delicious is the egg yolk lurking out. You gotta mix everything together before you put it into your mouth.

Japchae, a Korean dish of stir-fried cellophane noodles. It tasted quite good :)

Kimchi Jeon, a dish that looks quite appetizing, making people wanted to eat it more. I prefer to eat it without dipping it too much into the spicy sauce though. The spicy flavor would cover the other taste buds.

Either I'm not a fan of Korean cuisine or there really is nothing much special about the food or the beverage. Consider scores given were quite high for dishes served. For serving, waiters will get you an additional side dish platter if you asked too many times of refills. (To avoid walking back again) haha. The place is strategically located right next to a busy escalator, ability to attract hungry diners. Price wise, well, not too expensive nor cheap. Overall, I guess I won't be back to this place again for the next few years or more.
